About

Koen Huysecom on an offshore wind farm platform

Koen Huysecom founded H-OPS in 2023 to bring operational integration directly to clients: embedded in the project, accountable for the outcome.

Since 2023, H-OPS has delivered across offshore wind construction, heavy equipment commissioning, and port infrastructure, managing multi-party campaigns from preparation through handover.

That work builds on a background at DEME and Equans, where he developed his approach across offshore EPCI projects and North Sea HV platform interventions.

The common thread: bridging the floor and the boardroom. Structuring operations so they work in execution and are visible to management. Based in Mechelen, Belgium. Operating across the North Sea region.
